The AFG Great Health Challenge is a program we are sponsoring to encourage participation in our health screenings and to improve employee heath. Based on overall employee participation, employees are eligible to win a car, a $10,000 or a $5,000 shopping spree and many other great prizes!! We offer three very different medical plans and three different coverage levels designed to meet the diverse needs of our workforce. These plans offer employees control over the healthcare they receive and have differing deductible, coinsurance, and out-of-pocket maximum amounts.- Dental
Dental benefits are provided through MetLife with no provider restrictions. Coverage level is based on services provided. In addition, discounted services are provided through a preferred network of dental providers.- Vision
We offer a vision program through Spectra. The plan provides savings on eye-care needs, including eye exams, frames, lenses, and contacts.- Short-Term Disability & Long-term Disability Insurance
We provide short-term disability benefits upon completion of six months of service if you become disabled and unable to work. Long-term disability benefits are provided from the first day of employment. LTD benefits cover your disability after short-term disability benefits have been exhausted.- Life Insurance
Basic life insurance is provided to all full time employees at no cost. The option to purchase additional personal life insurance and dependent life insurance is also available.- Time Off

GAI employees have several options in planning and saving for their future via retirement accounts. Our plan consists of two components: a 401(k) program and a Retirement Account.

The Retirement Account is 100% funded by the Company. The contribution is allocated to each eligible employee’s Retirement Account based on the performance of the Company each year. Eligibility in the program is based on date of hire.- Employee Stock Purchase Plan
Our stock purchase plan provides employees the ability to purchase AFG stock at a discounted rate through payroll deduction.- Individual Retirement Annuity – Flexible Premium Annuity
