Alternative Markets specializes in risk sharing mechanisms for agents, groups, and large accounts. Flexibility exists for agents or customers to choose from the Great American Insurance Company affiliated Captive domiciled in Bermuda, to form their own captive, or to choose from any number of acceptable rent-a-captive facilities. There are several structure and service options available.

Agency Captives have become the preferred business model for this Division. We offer a multi-state, multi-line ISO product for both heterogeneous and homogeneous classes of business.

Agents are able to share in the underwriting profit and investment income in a financial structure that cap’s their risk position. We are not a market interested in pure fronting arrangements.
